Beautiful and strong nails

Nail care is as important as any other approach to body maintenance. If nails are talking about your general health status, their unkempt appearance says something about your lifestyle.

To be healthy and have strong nails in our diets should be included:
* Foods rich in biotin (vitamin B complex): egg yolk, soy, yeast, whole grains, milk, liver
* Foods containing sulfide minerals such as apples, cucumbers, grapes, garlic, asparagus and onion Salmon, nuts, seeds, tuna, etc..
* Food-rich essential fatty acids, which gives nails shine and flexibility.

To have the nails that you want, try every night to keep your hands for ten minutes in a bowl with nailsolive oil, which you warm up easy. Do not let your nails to grow too much. A manicure with short and clean nails will help to keep your nails in a good shape. Use a soft nail file, which attenuate the shock that operations, felt as a trauma to your nails. If you want beautiful nails, try to drink two liters of water per day. Lack of adequate hydration leads to cracking of the nails
Utensils that you use for nail maintenance must be kept in very good conditions. Avoid borrow such items from another kit, because the danger of infection can occur at any time.

Nails with vertical or horizontal striations :your body needs vitamin B .You need to eat: carrots, spinach, brown rice, watermelon, nuts.

Nails that grow very difficult :your body needs zinc.
